Bonds Wrap: India Posts Biggest Rally Since April as Oil Slides; ECB Hold Keeps Euro Spreads Wide

Bonds wrap card, 5 Nov 2026. Style 1 Ink/Amber. India FINAL LOCK figures. ECB 2.5%. French 10y near 5%. Fitch negative. EA 3.8% omitted. 155 bp omitted (not in live body).

Global fixed income kept extending its recovery as softer crude and measured central-bank rhetoric eased rate pressure. Indian 10-year yields have now dropped for three sessions — the biggest daily rally since April — while the ECB’s hold and France’s negative outlook keep euro-area spreads historically wide.
